Before becoming CEO of 3MIX, Yan was the CEO of Callison China and then CEO of CallisonRTKL China till June 2016. With over 30 years of architecture design practice and 22 of them spent with Callison, Yan has gained insightful experience with a variety of typologies, especially in large-scale retail mixed-use projects. Throughout his years leading the practice in China, Yan has a thorough understanding of the unique character of market, business and services to meet the client needs. As CEO of 3MIX and as a widely recognized industry leader in retail center and mixed-use development, Yan continues to serve the Chinese development community by bringing the highest value to clients with a top-notch design team of international and local talent, bringing in rich experiences and proven successful results.
