THE QUIET LUXURY
The Greenland Riverside CBD, or the Bund Sea, is a landmark urban mixed use complex that is home to the Greenland Headquarters, Class A offices, a Marriott hotel tower, and two luxury residential towers with a breathtaking 360 degree panoramic view. The design of the Bund Sea features both indoor and outdoor design elements at all levels, achieving smooth vertical and lateral circulation without sacrificing exclusivity or tranquility at any location within the project. The architecture blends seamlessly with the natural Huangpu River landscape, leaving an unobstructed view of the prominent Expo site on the opposite bank, creating an iconic, quintessential Shanghai experience.
